The Summer Strawberry Lampshade brings the bright abundance of the fruit beds into The Kitchen Garden within The Glass House at the Berry & Grouse Estate Rooms.
At the height of summer, the strawberry plants spill across the beds with ripe red fruit, fresh green leaves and small white flowers. Sophie Allport Strawberries captures that cheerful kitchen-garden scene, bringing colour, freshness and a lightly nostalgic sense of summer to the room.
The print feels lively but still easy to place. Bright strawberries stand out against the soft sage-toned ground, while the surrounding leaves and blossom give the design a natural rhythm rather than a strict repeated pattern. It is playful, fresh and full of character, without losing the calm, considered feel of the wider estate.
Within The Kitchen Garden, The Summer Strawberry belongs beside herb pots, woven trugs, painted garden furniture and baskets waiting to be filled. The red fruit adds warmth and energy, while the green leaves connect naturally with the planting beyond the glass and the Vintage Gold frame.
This is the brighter companion to The Strawberry Bed Lampshade. Where the linen version feels softer and more restrained, The Summer Strawberry celebrates the fuller colour and cheerful abundance of the growing season.
Beyond the estate, this lampshade works beautifully in kitchens, breakfast rooms, bedrooms, garden rooms, hallways and relaxed family spaces. It is a strong choice for interiors that need a fresh botanical print with a little more colour and personality.
