One Fleece, Many Rooms
The Shepherd’s Fleece is not confined to one chair, one room or even one season. Move it around the Estate as the light, weather and rhythm of the house change—beside the bed in winter, over a dining bench in spring or within the sheltered Pavilion on a clear summer evening.
Ivory
A classic warm pale fleece that brings light and softness without appearing stark or brilliantly white.
Place Ivory beside the bed so that the first step of the morning sinks into a cloud of deep wool. A pair can sit on either side of the bed, while a trio can be divided between the bedside, bedroom chair and ottoman.
Light Oyster
A particularly pale, creamy stone shade positioned between Ivory and Oyster. Light Oyster introduces subtle warmth while retaining the freshness required by lighter rooms.
Use it among washed linen, painted furniture, pale timber and gentle coastal colours. It also works well within the Glass House, where its quiet tone reflects the natural light without appearing overly white.
Oyster
A warm stone-toned neutral that feels lighter than beige and gentler than brilliant white.
Oyster belongs among the sun-bleached driftwood, sandy neutrals and sea-mist greys of The Coast House. Lay it across a weathered timber bench, settle it into a cane chair or place it beside the bed.
Beige Light Tip
A soft beige fleece lifted by lighter-tipped wool, giving it greater depth and movement than a solid neutral.
Selected for The Boot Room, it sits naturally against rustic timber, hunter-green paint, woven willow, aged leather and well-worn country-house pieces. Use one on a favourite bench or arrange several along a larger run of wooden seating.
Ivory Brown Tip
A warm Ivory base with naturally varied brown-tipped wool.
Its layered colouring works especially well within the Farmhouse Kitchen. Place one at a favourite seat or arrange an Estate Trio along a substantial dining bench among scrubbed timber, painted cabinetry and stone floors.
Ivory Grey Tip
A soft Ivory fleece with cooler grey-tipped wool, providing gentle contrast without losing the lightness of a pale fleece.
Use it across a painted chair or ottoman within The Drawing Room, where the grey tipping complements marble, antique silver, dark timber and softly faded upholstery.
Dove Grey
The collection’s quietest solid grey, selected to bring softness and calm to The Master Bedroom.
Place one beside the bed or use a pair on either side. Dove Grey has a cooler character than Ivory while retaining the same inviting softness beneath bare feet.
Vole
An understated earth brown with softly greyed undertones.
Vole feels entirely at home within The Shepherd’s Hut and Glass House Pavilion. Layer it over a lounger, timber bench or garden-room chair and settle back beneath the evening sky. Its grounded colouring complements glass, natural stone, aged timber and deep garden green.
Pewter
The deepest grey in the collection, providing contrast without the severity of black.
Pewter belongs among leather chairs, dark bookcases, antique brass and deep velvet in The Reading Room. Let it fall naturally over a chair or across one corner of an ottoman.
Styling Multiples
A Pair can balance two chairs, sit on either side of a bed or connect a chair and ottoman.
An Estate Trio works particularly well along a farmhouse bench or divided between three related areas of a room.
A House Collection of Five can be gathered together for a larger seating arrangement or distributed throughout the house, allowing the same colour to reappear naturally from room to room.
For temporary outdoor styling, use the fleeces only in dry, sheltered conditions. Keep them well away from open flames, embers, sparks and hot surfaces, and bring them indoors before rain, damp or evening dew.
Everything has a place on the Estate—even when its place changes with the season.
