Beige Light Tip was selected for rooms in which pale wool might feel too pristine and a darker brown too heavy. Its naturally varied colouring belongs comfortably among scrubbed timber, stone floors, painted cabinetry and aged furniture.

Shake the fleece outdoors regularly to release loose dust and help restore the natural loft of the wool. It may also be gently vacuumed using plain suction on a low setting, without a rotating brush.

Attend to small marks promptly using a clean, damp cloth and a little mild detergent. Avoid rubbing or saturating the wool or hide.

For a more thorough clean, particularly with dyed and tipped colourways, professional dry cleaning is recommended. Always follow the care label supplied with your fleece.

Allow to dry naturally away from direct sunlight, radiators and other sources of heat. Do not tumble dry.

Each Shepherd’s Fleece is a natural product. Differences in outline, dimensions, wool direction, density and colouring are part of its character and should not be regarded as faults.

The Shepherd’s Fleece collection is held in limited quantities and dispatched from Berry & Grouse.

Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for an in-stock fleece to be checked, prepared and dispatched. Tracking will be supplied when your order leaves us.

If your order contains products dispatched separately by another selected supplier, the items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please contact Berry & Grouse before returning your fleece so that we can provide the correct instructions.

The fleece must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original resaleable condition. Natural differences in shape, dimensions, wool direction and colouring are characteristic of genuine sheepskin and are not manufacturing faults.

This does not affect your rights if the product arrives damaged or has been supplied incorrectly.

In The Farmhouse Kitchen

Place one fleece on a favourite seat or arrange an Estate Trio along a substantial wooden dining bench. The brown-tipped wool connects naturally with the grain and variation of old timber.

In The Boot Room

Use a pair across a bench among willow baskets, aged leather and practical painted furniture.

In The Dining Room

A single fleece can soften the head of the table or an occasional chair. A larger collection can be brought out for long autumn lunches before moving back to other rooms.

For Spring Tea

Carry the fleeces onto dry garden seating when the air is still cool. Bring them indoors before damp or evening dew.
