The Willow Bough Velvet Meadow Lampshade brings the softest and lightest expression of the velvet collection to The Lake House.
Flowing willow leaves in sage, muted green and soft blue-green move across a warm ivory ground, joined by slender taupe stems. The pale palette gives the design an open, relaxed quality, while the velvet surface adds depth, softness and a richer finish than the cotton Willow Bough collections.
Meadow recalls willow leaves turning in the daylight, pale reeds along the bank and softly furnished interiors overlooking the water. It works beautifully with natural wicker, pale timber, linen upholstery, aged brass and the quieter Loch British wools.
Part of The Light Bough Velvet Edit, Meadow coordinates naturally with Seafoam and can be layered with plain House Velvets in Sage, Sea Glass, Teal and soft neutral tones.
The design is printed on substantial 290gsm velvet, giving the colour greater depth and a softly tactile finish.
Available as a single or pair of candle clip lampshades, a single or pair of 20cm drums, or a single 30cm or 40cm drum.
Each lampshade is handmade to order in our Lincolnshire workshop. Candle clip lampshades use white frames, while standard drums are finished with our signature Vintage Gold utility frames.
