The William Morris Willow Bough Rust Lampshade brings the gentle movement of the willow-lined riverbank into The Lake House at the Berry and Grouse Estate Rooms.
Along the quiet approach to the lake, mature willow trees lean towards the water, their slender branches following the slow current below. Willow Bough captures that same natural rhythm through sweeping leaves, winding stems and a beautifully balanced repeating pattern.
The Rust WMP024 colourway introduces warm terracotta, russet and earthy red-brown foliage with natural contrasting stems across a pale ground. It recalls autumn leaves, aged leather and the richer country-house tones found throughout The Lakehouse.
The warmer palette gives the pattern a more distinctive and enveloping character while retaining the graceful movement of the original design. Rust works especially well with dark wood, antique brass, deep greens, warm neutrals and traditional upholstery.
Within The Lake House, Willow Bough belongs beneath the trailing branches beside the water. The Rust colourway reflects the changing season along the riverbank, when fallen leaves gather among the reeds and the surrounding woodland deepens in colour.
Beyond the estate, this lampshade works beautifully in sitting rooms, studies, bedrooms, hallways, reading corners and interiors with warm heritage tones.
Willow Bough is also available in Azure WMP026, Sage WMP023 and Natural WMP025, offering the same flowing design in blue, green and restrained neutral colourways.
Choose a single candle clip lampshade for wall lights, chandeliers and small decorative lamps, or a single 20cm, 30cm or 40cm drum for table lamps, floor lamps and ceiling pendants. All sizes are sold individually.
Each lampshade is handmade to order using licensed William Morris Willow Bough Rust cotton panama fabric. Candle clip lampshades are made using white candle clip frames, while standard drum lampshades are finished with your choice of a vintage gold coloured utility frame or a white utility frame.
Every shade is completed with a professional rolled-edge finish, smooth matt white lining and considered single-seam construction.
