MicroCluster inserts have a fuller, denser construction than our Essential Hollow Fibre Inserts. We therefore recommend an insert one inch larger than the cushion cover to create a well-filled shape without placing unnecessary strain on the seams.

The product label will display the actual insert size supplied.

For bespoke cushion covers or a different preferred finish, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the most suitable size.

Each Handmade MicroCluster Fibre Cushion Insert is produced specifically for your order.

Please allow approximately 8–10 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched by Berry & Grouse.

This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed dispatch date. Production schedules, supplier transport, seasonal demand and circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

Where your order also contains handmade cushion covers or other Berry & Grouse products, the cushion inserts may be dispatched separately. Separate dispatches will not incur an additional delivery charge unless a split delivery has been specifically requested.

Bespoke orders are available across selected cushion insert sizes, shapes and fillings.

For a non-standard size, shape or filling combination, please contact us before ordering. We will confirm suitability, availability, current lead time and pricing.

Bespoke cushion inserts are handmade specifically for the requested project and may require additional production time.

Plump and reshape the cushion regularly to help maintain its fullness, comfort and shape.

Always follow the care instructions supplied with the insert.

Keep away from naked flames and direct sources of heat.

Do not wash unless the care label supplied with the insert specifically confirms that washing is suitable.

Cleaning Instructions

Spot clean with a damp cloth where required.

Allow the insert to dry fully before returning it to the cushion cover.

Compliance and Fire Safety

The cushion insert is supplied as complying with the applicable UK furniture and furnishings fire-safety requirements.

Carelessness causes fire. Keep away from naked flames.

Each Cushion Insert is handmade in your chosen size and pack quantity.

Please check your cushion cover measurements and selected options carefully before ordering.

Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

Slight size variations may occur as part of the production process. Cushion inserts may also be dispatched separately from handmade cushion covers.
