Position the valet on a firm, level surface where it cannot obstruct a doorway or regular walking route.

Distribute garments carefully and avoid placing excessive weight on one side of the stand. This product is intended as a personal garment valet and should not be overloaded with numerous heavy coats.

Dust regularly using a clean, soft and dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, chemical metal polishes or scouring materials, as these may alter or remove the antiqued finish.

Wipe accidental marks promptly using a lightly dampened cloth and dry immediately. Do not allow moisture to remain on the metal.

When moving the valet, lift it while supporting the main body or base. Do not drag it across the floor or lift it using the hooks or tray.

Standard delivery is included to most GB mainland addresses.

Please inspect the valet promptly after delivery and retain all protective packaging until you are satisfied with it. If it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact Berry & Grouse as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. The valet must be returned complete, unused and in its original protective packaging unless it is faulty.

Minor variations within the decorative antiqued finish are not manufacturing faults. This does not affect your rights if the product arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description.

PERSONALLY SELECTED FOR THE ESTATE

The Hall Valet was selected because it gives everyday order a more permanent and decorative form.

Within Hall & Hearth, it provides a proper place for the jacket removed on arriving home, with the tray offering somewhere for keys, gloves, a watch or other small essentials. Its antiqued-silver colouring is quieter than polished chrome and brings a softly time-worn character to timber, stone and traditional hallway furniture.

It also belongs naturally within The Linen Cupboard and the Estate’s private rooms. Positioned in a dressing corner, it can hold the following day’s clothes or keep a favourite jacket close at hand without allowing the room to feel overly furnished.

 

ESTATE STYLING

In Hall & Hearth

Position the valet beside a hallway console, upholstered bench or full-length mirror. Allow the antiqued silver to sit against warm timber, natural stone and a softly patterned runner.

Use the hanging section for a single jacket, scarf or light outer garment and reserve the tray for the smaller pieces ordinarily placed on the nearest table.

 

In The Linen Cupboard

Create a quiet dressing corner using folded linen, pale timber and softly filtered daylight. The aged silver finish introduces definition among neutral textiles without disturbing the calmness of the room.

In The Master Bedroom

Use the valet to prepare the following day’s clothes or to hold a jacket and personal accessories at the end of the evening. It works particularly well with dark timber, tailored upholstery and traditional bedroom furniture.
