The Larkspur Ebony Lampshade brings a stronger, more graphic botanical note to The Reading Room.
Delicate flowers, curling stems and sweeping foliage are drawn across a pale ground in a deep ebony tone, giving Larkspur a striking monochrome character. The darker colourway emphasises the intricacy of the historic William Morris design while keeping the overall palette restrained and sophisticated.
This is a closely layered Larkspur print on lightweight 150gsm cotton, digitally printed with an extra-soft handle. Its detailed repeat works beautifully across smaller lampshades, while the larger drum sizes reveal more of the flowing floral and foliage pattern.
Ebony sits naturally alongside aged oak, antique brass, leather, books, natural linen and warm plaster tones. Within The Reading Room, it introduces contrast and definition, particularly effective beside dark timber furniture, traditional lighting, charcoal accents and deeper heritage colours.
