Beyond the panes, bees move between herb beds, fruit blossom and the flowers growing along the old garden wall. Sophie Allport’s familiar golden bees are scattered across a rich teal ground, creating a small lampshade with plenty of colour and character.
At 10cm in diameter and 15cm high, this is a compact table lampshade designed for a small lamp base. Its taller proportions give the bee print room to be seen clearly, while the blue-green background makes it an easy companion for warm wood, painted furniture, wicker and botanical interiors.
The white ringset gives the shade a clean, simple finish and keeps the focus on the fabric. It is particularly suited to a bedside shelf, small side table, writing desk or a quieter corner where a full-sized lampshade would feel too large.
