Small in scale but rich in texture, our House Velvet Candle Clip Lampshades bring a softly tailored finish to wall lights, chandeliers and candle-style fittings throughout The Guest Room.

THE GUEST ROOM EDIT

This dedicated collection brings together Dove Grey, Silver Grey and Graphite — the same three House Velvet shades used across the coordinating scatter cushions and drum lampshades selected for The Guest Room.

From the light softness of Dove Grey through cooler Silver Grey to deeper Graphite, the palette sits naturally with whitewashed wood, pale linen, aged stone and the clean soft-grey walls used throughout the room.

Each shade is handmade to order in our workshop using House Velvet fabric, with a white frame, smooth matt white lining, professionally rolled edges and considered single-seam construction.

Use the Quantity dropdown to order a single candle clip lampshade, a pair of two, or a set of three. Pair and set quantities include a small saving compared with buying singles. For grouped orders, we make shades together from the same fabric batch wherever possible.

Approximate dimensions: 7.7cm top diameter, 14.5cm bottom diameter and 13cm high. Integral candle clip fitting for suitable candle-style bulbs.

VELVET COLOUR

Velvet responds naturally to light and touch. Its appearance may become lighter or deeper according to the direction of the pile, the lighting within the room and the viewing angle.

Screen settings can also affect colour reproduction. A fabric sample is recommended where precise colour matching is important.
Every House Velvet Candle Clip Lampshade is handmade to order using professional lampshade materials. Each has a smooth matt white lining, rolled edges, considered single-seam construction, a white frame and an integral candle clip. Our lining materials are supplied as having passed the Glow Wire Test carried out by the Lighting Association of the United Kingdom.

ORDERING
Select the House Velvet colour and Quantity: Single Candle Clip Lampshade, Pair of Candle Clip Lampshades, or Set of Three Candle Clip Lampshades. Pair and set quantities include a small saving. Free UK delivery is included.

For the closest colour and pile continuity, we make grouped quantities together from the same fabric batch wherever possible.

CARE
Remove surface dust gently with a clean, dry, soft brush or suitable low-suction upholstery attachment. Do not rub the velvet heavily, saturate it with water or use household cleaning chemicals. Keep away from prolonged moisture, strong direct sunlight and direct heat.

PRODUCT NOTES
Handmade to order. Velvet pile can alter how colour appears in different light. Minor handmade variation is part of the product's character. Please check dimensions and fitting type before ordering. Made-to-order lampshades are non-returnable unless faulty.
These three greys were selected to coordinate with the House Velvet scatter cushions and drum lampshades used throughout The Guest Room.

Dove Grey gives the softest, lightest look; Silver Grey adds a cooler mid-tone; and Graphite introduces deeper contrast. Use one colour across several wall lights or mix the tones through a chandelier or adjoining fittings for a layered grey palette.

They sit particularly well with whitewashed wood, pale natural linen, aged stone, distressed mirrors and the clean grey-and-white palette of The Guest Room.
