The branches are not intended to be bent or reshaped. Carefully remove the packaging and position the tree for display.

A quantity of one with “Pair of Trees” selected means two trees will be supplied.

Decorative outer planters, gravel and other styling accessories are not included.

REMOTE & OFFSHORE DELIVERY

Certain remote and offshore postcode areas—including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands—are subject to an additional delivery surcharge.

Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quotation if your address falls within an affected area. Charges start from £35.99 per product; the applicable charge for your single or pair selection will be confirmed for your address.

Remote surcharges are additional to standard delivery and also apply to orders otherwise qualifying for free delivery.

If an affected order is placed before a quotation is agreed, a member of the Berry & Grouse team will contact you before dispatch. You may either accept the additional charge or cancel the affected item for a full refund. We will not dispatch it until you have confirmed how you would like to proceed.

RETURNS

If you change your mind, please notify Berry & Grouse within 14 days after receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return it.

You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Please package the trees securely, using their original packaging where possible, and follow the return address instructions we provide. Do not return them directly to the supplier unless we ask you to.

You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply if handling beyond what is necessary to assess it reduces its value.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Photographs of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue. Reporting transit damage within 24 hours where possible helps us investigate, but does not limit your statutory rights.

This tree is UV-resistant and designed for outdoor use. UV resistance does not mean completely fade-proof or protected against every weather condition.

To help preserve its appearance and stability, we recommend:

• Positioning on a level surface in a reasonably sheltered location.
• Securing the supplied pot inside a substantial outdoor planter suitable for the tree’s height.
• Ensuring the outer planter drains freely, without standing water around the supplied pot.
• Moving to shelter during strong winds, storms or prolonged freezing conditions.
• Leaving the fixed branches in their original position; do not bend, twist or reshape the spiral.
• Supporting the pot when moving the tree, rather than lifting by the foliage.
• Removing dust and debris with a soft brush, then gently wiping with a slightly damp cloth where needed.
• Avoiding pressure washing, immersion, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.
• Checking the planter’s stability and drainage periodically.

No watering, feeding or pruning is required.

This product is not fire-resistant. Keep away from barbecues, fire pits, patio heaters, candles and other heat or flame sources.

THE SOUTH TERRACE

Place a pair in matching outdoor planters beside French doors. The repeated spiral shapes create a formal frame, while weathered stone and simple garden furniture keep the setting relaxed.

THE FRONT ENTRANCE

A single spiral adds height beside a sheltered doorway; a pair gives a more symmetrical welcome. Choose understated planters in aged stone-effect or charcoal finishes, allowing the topiary shape to remain the focal point.

BESIDE THE TERRACE BENCH

Position one tree beside a wooden garden bench to balance the low, horizontal furniture with a taller sculpted form. Leave space around the foliage so the spiral can be seen clearly.

OUTSIDE THE ORANGERY

Use a pair to mark the transition between the glazed room and the garden. Their clean outline works beautifully against painted timber doors, brickwork and pale paving.
