Use an inner pot or liner where required, particularly on water-sensitive surfaces. Avoid prolonged standing water. The rustic finish may continue to change naturally; shelter during severe frost and persistent wet weather.

Line the trio along a glasshouse bench with herbs and salad leaves, or use the largest on the South Terrace with two smaller planters stepping down beside it. The rectangular shape also suits windowsills and narrow console tables.
