Place on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface with clear space above and around the burner.

Follow the supplied instructions and the directions on your chosen oil or wax melt. Essential oils require water in the dish; wax melts are used without water. Do not overfill or allow the oil-and-water mixture to boil dry.

Use only a suitable tealight as directed by the manufacturer. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from draughts, curtains, faux foliage and other flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets.

The ceramic and dish become hot during use. Extinguish the candle and allow everything to cool fully before moving or cleaning. Clean gently, avoiding abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes.
