Allow sufficient space for the branches and trailing flowers, particularly beside furniture or doorways. Some gentle shaping may be needed after unpacking.

REMOTE & OFFSHORE DELIVERY

Certain remote and offshore postcode areas—including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands—are subject to an additional delivery surcharge starting from £35.99 per product.

If your delivery address falls within an affected postcode area, a member of the Berry & Grouse team will contact you before your order is released for dispatch and confirm the applicable charge.

You may either pay the additional delivery charge or cancel the affected item for a full refund. We will not dispatch the item until you have confirmed how you would like to proceed.

Trees over 200cm cannot currently be delivered to remote postcode areas.

RETURNS

If you change your mind, please notify Berry & Grouse within 14 days after receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return it.

You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Please package the tree securely, using its original packaging where possible, and follow the return address instructions we provide. Do not return it directly to the supplier unless we ask you to.

You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply if handling beyond what is necessary to assess it reduces its value.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Photographs of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue. Reporting transit damage within 24 hours where possible helps us investigate, but does not limit your statutory rights.

A little occasional attention will help keep your artificial wisteria looking its best.

• Gently arrange the wired stems after unpacking, supporting each branch as you shape it. Avoid pulling on individual flowers or leaves.
• Dust lightly with a soft brush or microfibre cloth.
• If needed, wipe the leaves gently with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the flowers or allowing moisture to collect in the pot.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or polishing sprays.
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, damp conditions and splashing water.
• Position away from radiators, open fires, candles and other heat sources.
• Lift by the pot rather than the branches and place on a stable surface.
• Protect delicate floors and furniture with a suitable mat beneath the pot or outer planter.

WISTERIA COTTAGE

Place beside a painted dresser or in an uncluttered corner with pale walls and warm timber underfoot. Let the purple blossom provide the colour, with natural linen and an understated planter completing the setting.

HALL & HEARTH — THE WILLOW BARN

Position beside a substantial hall console, where the trailing flowers can soften the furniture’s straight lines. An aged mirror and a simple table lamp are enough nearby. Keep the branches clear of doors, coats and passing traffic.

THE DRAWING ROOM

Style near a reading chair or at the end of a low bookcase. Muted green paintwork, woven upholstery and darker wood give the purple flowers a composed country-house setting without making the room feel overly floral.

THE GLASS HOUSE

Bring a flowering-garden feeling to the indoor sitting area with painted furniture, terracotta and botanical prints. Choose a position away from strong direct sunlight and excessive heat; this is an indoor decorative tree rather than a terrace plant.
