• Express delivery options may be available on selected orders
• Additional charges apply
• Availability depends on item size, weight and delivery postcode
• Please contact us prior to ordering if you require express delivery
What Happens After You Order
• You will receive an order confirmation email
• Your item will be handmade to your selected specifications
• Each item undergoes quality checks before dispatch
• You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped
Missed Deliveries
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery
• If delivery is missed, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel
• If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order
• We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by missed deliveries
